Beware, It is very hot

What are U holding?

1. The mangrove trees which take 30 years to mature are cut down to turn into either charcoal or for the making of the foundation in building.

2. The conservation & preservation of mangrove trees are important to stop the Tsunami from
coming towards the land and also for continuity of the species to prevent depletion of the
mangroves

3. 42 tonnes of mangrove trees are put into the 'igloo' to cook into 10 tonnes of charcoal. The
decreasing in mass is due to the loss of water content in the plants. So 32 tonnes is the amount of water content lost during the process of cooking in the 'igloo'. The water vapour will be lost

thro' the many windows found surrounding the 'igloo'.

4. The process of cooking the mangrove takes 1 month.
